THIRD-PARTY NOTICES - Mimic
Liberty3D.com

Mimic uses the following third-party software.

----------------------------------------------------------------------
FFmpeg
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Mimic uses FFmpeg to read and sample video files.

FFmpeg version 9.0.2, "essentials" build by Gyan Doshi
  (www.gyan.dev). Project home: https://ffmpeg.org

This FFmpeg build is licensed under the GNU General Public License,
version 3 (GPLv3), because it includes GPL-licensed components. The
full license text ships with Mimic as FFMPEG-LICENSE.txt.

Source code for FFmpeg: FFmpeg runs as a separate program
alongside Mimic; Mimic does not contain or link any FFmpeg code.
The corresponding source code for the FFmpeg build above is
available from the FFmpeg project (https://ffmpeg.org/download.html)
and from www.gyan.dev/ffmpeg/builds/, and Liberty3D will provide
it on request - write to support@liberty3d.com.

This source offer covers FFmpeg only. Mimic itself, including the
HyperNOS engine, is proprietary software: its source code is not
included with Mimic and is not offered.

FFmpeg is a trademark of Fabrice Bellard. Mimic is not affiliated
with, or endorsed by, the FFmpeg project.

The LUTs and other files Mimic creates are yours, under Mimic's own
license. The GPL applies to the FFmpeg program itself, never to
anything Mimic makes with it.
